We loved this place - quiet little hotel.

It was recently renovated, modest and with a large bed. Had good location almost right by the lake, next to Trenino Turistico Ascona.

We were thrilled with the wonderful location of this hotel and the friendly staff made us feel at home in the newly decorated rooms with a large bed, and the convenient amenities like an electric kettle and refrigerator were a nice bonus.

The room was too small for three, and the price too high.

Asked for king room and it was new-fashioned with a large bed.

This place has been recently renovated with nicely designed bathrooms, friendly and attentive staff, and a great outdoor restaurant.

Exceptionally comfortable bed and marvellous location next to restaurant which was a lot of noise till late in the night. Impeccably clean room and bathroom with walk-in showers. Helpful service throughout our stay.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and quite new with just enough space. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Good value for money stay!

The reception was not at the hotel building but at another hotel, which we were not aware of. It was confusing and took a phone call to figure out where the reception was located.

Perfect location in the center of Ascona, in a stone's throw from the lakeside yet in a quiet street and away from the sun, which compensates the absence of air conditioning.

No air conditioning (which is somewhat compensated by the location of the hotel), no tea/coffee facilities, a long walk to the beach (about 30 minutes) with no possiblility to use public transport (but this is a drawback of most Ascona hotels).

The room had just been redone and looked really nice, very modern with a spacious bathroom. 😊 We received top-notch service.

Definitely a spot I'd go back to, would tell everyone I know to check it out. the rooms are super cute and new, with a big comfy bed, and the staff is really nice! 😊

Perfectly located, just a street away from noise. Clean rooms, soundproof windows, and effective air con. Highly recommended. Great breakfast with variety. No lake view but nice view of car-free streets. Comfortable bed and clean, modern room. Powerful shower. Kettle provided, but tea only. Separate duvets on the bed.
